In the city hall’s main chamber, which has been commandeered by opposition parties, food is served and hundreds of people from the west of Ukraine are sleeping on the floor.
2.20pm Independence Square (Maidan) calm. Thousands of people milling around. No police visible.
1.50pm Government win no confidence vote in parliament.
11am – “Still dramatic stuff. Near pres admin some regions’ deputies sat in a car surrounded by crowds.
“A lot of people at Cabinet of Ministers. I saw those guys from last night in Maidan and pointed them out to a steward – they were told to leave.
“Looks like some violence might be happening at (Verkhovna) Rada, (the Ukrainian parliament) a lot of berkut around and noise of scuffling.”
